Brown fused alumina abrasive (short for BFA, also known as brown corundum / brown aluminum oxide) is the most widely used cost-effective artificial abrasive. It is produced by smelting calcined bauxite, anthracite and iron filings in an electric arc furnace over 2000℃. By Grade

• First Grade BFA: Al₂O₃ ≥95%, low impurity, for premium abrasive tools, precision blasting and high-end refractory
• Second Grade BFA: Al₂O₃ ≥90%, cost-effective, for general blasting, rough grinding and common refractory castables
• Refractory Grade BFA: High bulk density, good thermal shock resistance, for furnace linings, refractory bricks and castables

• Macro grit (blasting & grinding wheels): F12, F16, F20, F24, F30, F36, F46, F60, F80, F100, F120, F150, F180, F220
