Application
  1. Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) Cathode Material Sintering

    Acts as the core container for LFP precursor sintering in roller hearth kilns and pusher kilns. Its good thermal conductivity and chemical inertness ensure uniform heating of cathode materials and avoid impurity contamination, effectively improving product consistency and production yield. It is the mainstream consumable for mass production of LFP battery materials.

  2. Lithium Battery Anode Material Sintering & Carbonization

    Serves as a loading vessel for graphite anode carbonization and pre-sintering processes under inert atmosphere. It withstands long-term high-temperature carbonization environments without deformation or cracking, and adapts to various batch-type and continuous sintering furnaces, supporting stable mass production of artificial graphite and natural graphite anodes.

  3. Ternary Cathode & Other Battery Material Sintering

    Applicable to the sintering of NCM/NCA ternary cathode materials, lithium manganate and cobalt lithium under corresponding atmosphere conditions. Its corrosion resistance against active metal oxides effectively extends the service life of the sagger and reduces the frequency of kiln furniture replacement.

  4. High-Temperature Sintering of Advanced Materials

    Widely used in the sintering and heat treatment of magnetic materials, electronic ceramics, rare earth materials, cemented carbide and powder metallurgy products under protective atmosphere.
