1. Core Fundamental Function

Corundum-mullite saggers are high-temperature bearing containers specially designed for tunnel kilns, pusher kilns and shuttle kilns. Composited with corundum and mullite crystalline phases, they can withstand high temperatures ranging from 1400℃ to 1650℃. Featuring excellent thermal shock resistance, low impurity precipitation, and strong resistance to erosion by acid-base powder, they isolate flue gas inside kilns to prevent sintered materials from contamination, oxidation and adhesion. Applicable materials: High-nickel ternary materials NCM811/NCM622, lithium cobalt oxide, lithium manganate, lithium iron phosphate precursors
