Changsha ZCXC New Materials manufactures high-performance mullite corundum saggars (also called corundum mullite refractory saggers) — premium kiln containers engineered for high-temperature sintering, calcination and firing processes up to 1750°C.

Formulated with a synergistic composite of α-alumina corundum and mullite (3Al₂O₃·2SiO₂), our saggars balance high structural strength, outstanding thermal shock resistance and ultra-low metal impurity release, making them the ideal consumable for lithium battery cathode materials, advanced ceramics and specialty glass production lines. We support full customization of size, wall thickness and material formula to match your roller kiln, tunnel kiln and pusher kiln parameters.
